After years of high-end restaurant management and culinary expertise, co-founders Brian and Heidi Petoletti formed Infinity Restaurant Group for the purpose of creating and operating upscale restaurants in the greater Puget Sound area.

In December of 2006, Infinity finalized the purchase of Shell Creek Grill & Wine Bar in Edmonds, Washington, and re-opened its doors on January 5, 2007 after re-modeling the restaurant and introducing a completely new menu direction. Shell Creek Grill’s upscale, contemporary menu offers a fresh and creative interpretation of classic northwest cooking.
